International Visitors and Visitor Rights
Caldenne is an online store serving customers within Australia. Our website can be browsed from anywhere, but checkout and shipping are limited to Australian addresses.

Caldenne complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APP), overseen by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, if a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will:

- notify affected individuals with details of the breach and what we are doing about it;
- keep breach records for at least 24 months.
