SECTION 20 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@caldenne.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about the refund status. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
SECTION 21 - CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product you bought is defective, you are entitled under the ACL to ask for:

- a repair, or
- a refund or price reduction, depending on how serious the issue is.
