Where Your Order Ships From

Caldenne is operated by MARIVELL LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our stock is held and dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partners, and the final leg of delivery inside Australia is handled by an Australian carrier. Our Surry Hills address is our Australian returns and correspondence address, not a dispatch warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. During this time your order is confirmed, then picked and packed at our fulfilment partner's facility.

Shipping and Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. That window covers the international leg of the journey and the final delivery by an Australian carrier. Delivery times can vary a bit depending on your location.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • Total delivery time: 8 to 14 business days (1 to 2 business days processing plus 7 to 12 business days shipping)
  • Cut-off time for orders: orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST are processed on the next business day.

  • International courier partners (DHL eCommerce and similar) - for the international leg of your shipment before local hand-off

The specific carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and the shipment. Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name and tracking link.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Caldenne ships only to addresses within Australia. International shipping is not available yet. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses.
