Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within Australia, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. Orders placed by 5:00 PM AEST on a business day enter processing the same day; later orders are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by 7-12 business days in transit, so your order arrives within 8-14 business days in total. Your order is picked and packed at our overseas fulfilment partner's facility, and the final leg of delivery inside Australia is handled by an Australian carrier. Once your order ships, you receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking link. We currently deliver within Australia only, and not to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses.
Returns & exchanges
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before sending anything back, email us at info@caldenne.com with your order number and the subject line "Return Request", and we will confirm the return address. Items need to be unused, in like-new condition and in their original packaging. For a change of mind you cover the return shipping; if an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we reimburse your return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 5 business days, and it usually takes another 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges: if you would like a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order.
